WHEN IS ORIGINAL ARTWORK RELEASED?

I typically release four collections each year, along with a few smaller drops in between. You can join the email list in the footer to receive previews and early access to new work. I keep Instagram updated as well, so feel free to follow @linagordievskyart for updates along the way.

COMMISSIONS & CUSTOM

Do you accept commissions of original artwork?

I accept select commissions on a case-by-case basis. As I continue developing my style, I accept only the projects that naturally align with my current creative exploration.

Do you accept custom Framed Print orders?

I offer custom Framed Print orders in select cases, and I release Framed Print collections a few times a year. To be notified of upcoming drops, you can subscribe to my email list in the footer.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

All original artwork and prints are final sale. While I do not accept returns, I want you to be pleased with your purchase. Please let me know if there is any way I can help you by contacting me within 3 days of receiving your order.

Changes and Cancellations:

Please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change, update, or cancel your print order. All prints are made-to-order and go into production after 24 hours.

SHIPPING

How and when do Prints ship?

Each print is sealed in a clear fine-art slip, backed with a thick board, and mailed in a sturdy box or flat-mailer. All print orders are shipped via USPS or UPS (depending on the size and weight) with tracking included. Please expect 1-3 weeks prior to shipping. If your print is in stock, your order will ship sooner.

How and when does Original Artwork ship?

Each original is sealed in a clear fine-art slip and backed with a thick board. Is then wrapped in vellum and tied with hand-dyed ribbon. Originals ship in a sturdy box or a flat-mailer via USPS or UPS (depending on the size and weight) with tracking included. Please expect 1-2 weeks prior to shipping. I do my best to get originals prepped and mailed out as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship to most countries. If you don’t see your country, contact me prior to purchasing so that I may add your country to the list. Any additional border fees, duties, and handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of your country’s taxes and fees applied to the purchase of international goods. If you would like to have your order insured, please contact after your order is placed.

Lost or damaged packages:

Each order is packaged thoughtfully and thoroughly before it leaves the studio. In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order (or within 21 days of placing your order,) and I will do what I can to help you handle the situation.

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM PRINT SIZE?

All available prints come in 5x7”, 8x10”, 11x14”, and 12x16”. If you need a specific size or orientation within 12x18”, contact and we may work to make that happen.

DO YOU OFFER DESIGNER DISCOUNTS?

Yes, I offer a discount on Prints and Framed Prints to designers and decorators in the trade. Please contact for further details.

WHO OWNS THE RIGHTS TO YOUR ARTWORK?

All rights to the artwork are owned by Lina Gordievsky, including the right to make reproductions. The collector may not reproduce or distribute the artwork in any way.
